Tacx Blue Matic T2650 Smart Turbo Trainer - Halfords have price matched making this a pretty decent price for the tacx blue matic. This model has the added bonus of a bluetooth connectivity. Wiggle had similar model but are out of stock till Nov.

Guys, an ignoramus asks: would this work with Zwift?

There's a thread about this turbo trainer on the Bike Radar forum and there are comments about compatibility with Zwift. It seems like it's compatible up to a point, so you're best to check the thread if you want specific information.

Although in the the spec tab it indicates that this is a fluid trainer, I am pretty certain its a magnetic trainer.

The Tacx website says you're correct. Link. I think it's still a good deal though.

why does it say exclusive to halfords . surely they wouldnt need to price match it if it was exclusive

The 'smart' bluetooth connectivity is the halfords model. The Tacx blue matic turbo on its own is price matched however it appears they reduced this model to the same price too.

£99 now and no mention of a price match so it looks like they've realised it's not exactly the same model.

Are these noisy? Could you use it indoors without disturbing the neighbours?
