Dropped from £42 on Tesco Direct. Just put in a pre-order myself. Delayed until next year (March).
RRP showing as £49.99 most places.
PlayStation Store (digital) £49.99
Amazon £49.99
Game £49.99
Smyths £49.99
Argos £44.99
GameStop £44.97
Base £41.99
Either that or they've done an Arkham VR, and the RRP was just a placeholder.
Tesco take payment upon order iirc.
Product Description
Star Trek: Bridge Crew puts you and your friends in the heart of a starship, where- as officers of the Federation- every action and decision you make together will determine the fate of your ship and crew. Developed specifically for VR, Star Trek: Bridge Crew is the only game to offer a true-to-life level of immersion in the Star Trek universe.
In Star Trek: Bridge Crew, the Federation dispatches you and your crew to command the new vessel U.S.S. Aegis as part of a critical initiative. Your mission: explore a largely uncharted sector of space known as The Trench, in hopes of locating a suitable new home world for the decimated Vulcan populace. The Trench contains stunning beauty and undiscovered wonders, but also strange anomalies and dangers yet unknown. The Klingon Empire is also active in the region, and their purpose is undoubtedly a threat to the Federation's plans. It's up to you and your crew to chart the sector to determine the Klingons' aims, and to secure a peaceful Federation presence.

Wow. Tesco and their mis-prices are a menace to themselves.

From everything I've seen it looks like it should be this price anyway, doesn't look like a particularly deep game.

Can't say I disagree. I'd usually buy anything Star Trek video game related. But hadn't bothered pre-ordering until now (and I already have PS VR). And some of the other VR games have had very competitive pricing. Barring the odd exception.

Didn't know this had been delayed, was looking forward to it at Christmas.
Wish they'd hasn't gone for the new movie timeline though.
Thanks anyway, ordered at £20.

Heat but I think you're right about it being an Arkham VR. There's not that much content, judging by the description.

Hours and hours of procedurally generated content they say, on top of the 'main' game. But we'll see, things like this are often embellished.

Bought, I don't even have PS VR but this could seal the deal for me. We shall see....
