Dont get it!
See those plates? Melted cheese is GUARANTEED to ooze out and down the spaces and it means that, after a few dozen uses, even if you clean it well (you can't easily clean the heading element or under it). It just basically becomes absolutely rank.
Don't buy it, look for a sale toastie with FULL plates. In other words, so that the entire lower surface is one large metal plate. Not "Fitting into a space" like this one.
You will regret buying this, I promise you.

For less than a tenner. Does meat, panini and other sandwiches and waffles and fat and other waste drips onto a small tray for easy cleaning. Better deal for most people IMHO.

I bought one, absolute rubbish. The waffles don't rise probably due to lack heat, stuff gets down the gaps into the unit, wish I didn't bother.
