If you've got some spare points and don't want to pay the rip off price for thrice ported version on PS4.
Scored 91/100 for Wii version (higher than PS4 version) on metacritics.
Blurbs:
Resident Evil 4 is one of the highest rated games on GameRankings.com and Metacritic.com, garnering dozens of awards and nominations. The game has been highly praised for its amazing gameplay and incredible, drastic re-invention of the Resi-created “survival-horror” genre. Resident Evil 4 now comes to the Wii with added Wii Remote support, allowing Resi fans to aim, fire, slash, reload, crank and avoid oncoming adversaries with intuitive motions and movements. With new intuitive controls, Resident Evil 4 is reborn on Wii as a whole new Resident Evil experience!
Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil 2, formerly Raccoon City Police Department’s idealistic rookie cop, is now a U.S. agent with a top-secret mission to rescue the President’s daughter, who has been kidnapped by a mysterious organization. In Resident Evil 4, Leon must begin his investigation with a trip to an undisclosed Spanish-speaking village in Europe, where he encounters a residing horde of unruly villagers who pledge their lives to Los Illuminados, the evil cult that perpetrated Ashley’s kidnapping. As Leon encounters unimaginable evil, he must find out who -- or what -- is behind everything.

What is misleading? Just look at the picture then. Wii games are compatible with wii u so nothing is misleading really.

Yea, the motion controls for aiming really made this version the best to play, does look a bit rough these days though.

looks graphically rough by today's standards but the gameplay and controls are still spot on.

Have it on NGC and Wii already. No need to repurchase it once more as the graphics and gameplay are great on the NGC/Wii versions.
You can sure as hell expect Resident Evil 4 to also be re-re-re-re-re-re-reee-released on PS5 and Xbox Two. :stuck_out_tongue:

They are good but make it a bit easy so I recommend bumping up the difficulty

Tried playing the Wii version with a Wii Classic Controller and the end result was a mess, imo. Just because it's compatible it shouldn't be played like that or better yet, Capcom should've just made it Wiimote + Nunchuk exclusive.
