Guess the staff wanted it for themselves, just rang asking if they would put it by for me to collect and their answer was we only have one in stock and it's a faulty one? Err how do you no it's faulty surely it should be sealed in a box and if it was a customer return it would be sent back and not added to stock system, peed off a bit now

Wrong. Faulty stock is returned to stock until its sent to warehouse. Highly possible it was faulty
