I think with the heavy drinkers and smokers in this country it's a close fight. My MIL and a family friend both died to due to alcoholism. Both heavy smokers as well but very skinny.

Heavy burden on NHS or keeps them in business???. If the whole country suffering from obesity and diabetes and cancer epidemic, they are the only winners.
