may be a good price for this but I'm sure the actual protein content is quite low

Contains 30% Protein and it's a good brand!

Save your money and buy chocolate and a few tins of tuna/ bottles of milk. Far cheaper. I'd rather enjoy eating my calories. And if you're busy... peanut butter is out there for you.

Be careful guys bought two of these lately and they were 6 months out of date. Probably won't kill you, but why should you get stuff out of date!

I don't think they are out of date because the reviews seem to be good!

isn't 30% a bit low, I'm no expert on these powders but the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard one i have is over 70%...

it's 30g not 30%, so for a 50g scoop it's 60%

well ignore me, that's 30g for a 125g scoop! bit of a joke, I'd see this as more of a supplement then. more a cardio shake

Progain is a weight gainer not a sole protein supplement. It exists to get the calories in, therefore it will consist heavily of carbs with less protein and fats.
