Clothes and homeware only, I am guessing the Christmas 3 for 2 must be classed as homeware. Not sure if it's supposed to work or not on the Christmas Shop items but it does.

20% off applies to clothing home & beauty but there may also be a £5 or £10 off food /flowers on your sparks card but you do need to load it.
