Had one size not going through, then an error message but then it took me through to payment. As others say, unlikely to be honoured but you have to be in it to win it. Colour is exactly what I'm looking for so fingers crossed and thanks for sharing. :wink:

I hate these deals. It's so tricky trying to get an order through and work out if paying for delivery is worth it or to find something you want to bulk the price up before it ends, all in 15 seconds lol

When I've had this message from Debs before on similar 'unbelievable deals', they normally work through the order until it's all cancelled so there may be room for optimism as you say. Unlikely, but such a great deal if any of it goes through.

I think demand far outstripped supply and the website was not coping, hence part orders cancelled. There still appears to be the odd item available, the rest being O/S, so I don't think it was their error, just a total clearance sale. I hope!

update:
only 1 of my items was cancelled - i presume due to lack of stock.... others haven't been confirmed, but not cancelled either, yet... The larger size was cancelled - i don't know if that helps others anyway.

Well I've not received a cancellation email yet but when I go onto my orders the order is listed but not the individual curtains . Was worth a shot!

When I log into my Debenhams account it shows in 'my orders', but when I click on "view order details" I get "An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator"

However, if I put the order number into the tracking page, I get the "order submitted to supplier"

Sadly, if you read their online terms and conditions, they can cancel any order until they've notified you it's ready for dispatch from the warehouse.

They didn't say there was no stock, they said it was a pricing error, which it clearly was. We can't really expect them to honour a 99% off glitch. You take the chance, it didn't pay off, move on.

So just spoke to Sev at Debenhams, because I only got the 1 email but placed 2 orders. Looks like my first order has been cancelled for ALL items. But 2nd order is going through as its awaiting dispatch. But I'm guessing I will get an email later today to say that's been cancelled because of the price error. Let's see.....

I got one email today few hours ago. I too placed two orders. just had a text saying one of them cancelled.....don't know about the other one. but the one that has been cancelled was "all fine" and processing yesterday when I phoned. am proper grumpy but will have to suck it up and get over it.

I seem to be getting my refund in dribs and drabs! 0.19p at a time for the 10 cushions i ordered for example! They're currently £5 short on what they actually owe me.

Yep mine has too... however check it adds up correctly. I bought £32 worth of stuff.. they've only refunded £20

I got lots less refunded will wait till tomorrow then will distribution them.

Absolutely shocking for a big company like debenhams- I'm in the same boat. Defies all common sense refunding each item individually. Seriously will never order from them again.
