the used to taste amazing but they have recently changed them to be healthy :disappointed: needless to say the taste suffered for it

I'm a vegetarian and don'y buy many pre-made dishes like this but these are the worst veggie dish I've ever bought.
Absolutely appalling although maybe they've updated the recipe from 100% greasy cardboard!
I'd rather eat my own hat than these again, a complete disgrace.

not the best veggie sausages imo though the ones with rosemary are nice.

My partner is a vegetarian and eats these often. He tells me they taste between alright and Nice. Make of that what you will.

recently I got some vital wheat gluten and experimenting, did some nice Italian style sausage. search "seitan" "seitan burgers" "seitan sausages" for an idea. seitan itself is bland so it's all about the extra flavouring ingredients you add.

Usual offer price. Just like Pringles, Frijj, Pot Noodle, Terry's Chocolate Orange. Price is elevated and then suddenly an offer.

Why would a veggie or vegan want sausages for.

The same reason a non-vegan or veggie would want to eat sausages - they like the way they taste  These just miss out on the nasty stuff.

I've been eating these for years and don't think they're as bad as people are making them out on the above comments. The recent recipe change has made then even better, imo. They pack around 11g of protein per sausage which is pretty good if you're a vegetarian and need to keep on top of your protein intake.

speaking for myself I wasn't "making them out" anything, I was giving my opinion. I've no idea why people get their noses out of joint just because someone has a different opinion; just state yours and let those who haven't tried them draw a consensus.
