It also lets you tell the time!
Traditional analogue function lets you tell the time without having to press a button and for ageing people like me is much easier to read than small figures on Fitbit etc.
12 month battery life and fully waterproof is also better than most alternatives.
No heart rate or sleep function though.
There are cheaper alternatives but it is a Garmin and also looks good.
