As much as I like Fractal Designs Define series, this one surely is a poor design with gfx card pointing directly towards the PSU. They should have gone for a different layout. This only makes sense if you're water cooling the graphics card. And this case is too small for this anyway.

You're right, but I guess if you have a blower style fan on the card you should be OK though.

This is the same layout as my Define Mini which was fine with a power hungry HD 7870 Tahiti, no heat issues seeing as you're taking cool air through the PSU instead of feeding it warm air, it just means the PSU will run quiter if it's an intelligent one that adjusts its fan speed according to temperature :sunglasses:

Agree the location of the PSU isn't ideal if you are air cooling however this case is actually perfect for water cooling. There's ample room for 2 240mm radiators and a 110ml reservoir and separate pump. There's a YouTube video from Paul's Hardware (HotBox 2.0) that shows pretty much the exact config I'll be going for.

True about the gfx card and psu, but my understanding is this can fit a radiator front and top? So water cooling both cpu and gpu is easily doable.

Anyone interested in getting a smaller case, I highly recommend the Thermaltake Suppressor F1. Very easy to build with despite being mini ITX, and cheap but doesn't look it.

No, more like either it gets damaged in transit or they mess up your order and you have to deal with them, which can take weeks with their slow replies.
