I bought this a while back. Great little kitchen scales. Well worth the money, although it does look like the Match of the Day set.

Placed an order for this item Duronic goods for Xmas presents.

I did not received order and contacted Duronic to advise. Duronic could not prove they had been delivered the order to me.

Duronic would not resend order nor would they refund the cost of the items. Duronic claim courier sent items to wrong address.

Duronic told me to go to the Police to report the missing parcel.

In my opinion this company is a joke..... appalling customer service and no consideration for any consumer rights.... AVOID, I would never purchase from this company again.

And would never trust this brand again... nor would I purchase any goods from parent company Shine Mart Ltd

AVOID ...AVOID ....AVOID ...wasted both my time and money trading with this organisation.
