It's an old game so even on a budget card you should get [email protected] Even 1440p should be ok. Probably only struggle at 4k but I'm guessing that's not the target res on on a 1060.

Forza 6 Apex is slick at 70fps, I'd hope Dirt 3 @ 4K should be running about the same :smiley:
