Be aware of 365 games cos I bought a Wii u game from there that turned out to be a unsealed Australian copy! Had to return it (costing me £1.20 in the process) ,if that sort of thing doesn't bother you then they may be ok.

Sounds like Grainger Games, except the Australian part.

It'll be going straight back if that's the case :/
The picture does show the EU release and their T&Cs state returns are only possible if the item is sealed!

I dislike grainger games for the same reason, opening all the games is stupid, they make them look like second hand copies.

I've had the same problem with them and their parent company, XBite. By displaying a UK copy and not stating it's a grey import, you can return an Australian copy as the item you purchased is not as described, which means they have to pay return postage. Same goes for opened games, new games are sealed, if it's opened you cannot prove that it is not a second hand copy, plus it's in violation of your legal right to cancel and return, as it must be sealed. It's all clearly defined in whatever the law that replaced distance selling regulations, which I can't be bothered to search for.

I also saw the picture showing it being uk version but alas not, it's false advertising.
