Play as Adewale, an ex-slave turned Assassin fighting for freedom with the help of his own Pirate crew. Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard Edward Kenway’s ship, the Jackdaw.
15 years later, Adewale has become a trained Assassin who finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue without weapons or crew. He now has to acquire a ship and gather his own crew to free the slaves and avenge them. Over 3 hours of new single-player gameplay!

Excellent game that I can play again and again. Easily best in the series in my opinion. This DLC is worth it too, a good 10-15 hours.

I'm not sure how you got 10-15 hours out of the DLC - according to https://howlongtobeat.com/game.php?id=15441 nobody has taken more than 11 hours and the average is around 4.5 hours for the main story and 7 hours for completionists
