Must agree. I used to drink this in the 80s and thought it was great. Bought it recently and realised it's pure pish.

Changed the site its produced maybe.
I tried it when it came in the packs of six with the red and gold label on and I like it. I bought a case of this new labelled stuff and its just crap.

The watered down version of the real thing. Fortunately I spend a lot of time in Greece where you can still get the proper 5% stuff. Tried this and went back to Kronebourg 1664, well worth the little extra.

Me too, it was great when it was imported and in the six pack carry case, now I think it's made in the UK and weaker and nothing like the import!

This stuff is absolutely grim. Cheap for a reason. Not the same as the real 5% Amstel we could previously buy in the UK at all.

Yeah I just have faint memories that in the past I liked this and bought a 12 pack of the green cans recently. Wow was I disappointed as soon as I took the first sip. Has been sitting at the back of the fridge ever since. Bought several bottles of Drygate and a 4-pack of innis and gunn at the same time thankfully to rescue the situation.
