I'm not sure what you mean by standard, but it's removing the £2.99 delivery charge as a promotion through October only...

Need to buy 4 items from that page so that delivery is free then add what ever else you want. I normally add 4 of the same £1 biscuits or sauces etc

How can you check your pantry credit, same as gift cards? Or do you have to create a dummy order and work out out at checkout?

If the delivery fee is still present, go into a chat with Amazon before you place the order, they will knock the delivery charge off your order as you place it

This is constantly on as far as im aware, have done it multiple times. I think the offer time limit is simply referring to the products listed, at the end amazon will change what products give the free delivery.
