I have a Panasonic now.
Buy cheap, buy twice.

You are spot on Pluun. The Panasonic is the only BM that has sensors to determine the temperature of the surroundings. Therefore resting and rising times are more accurate, and not done automatically to a set time. You really do get what you pay for with bread makers.
