Rich means the personalised card which you will receive in the post in due course.
The terms and conditions will clarify the situation: https://www.morrisons.com/more/terms-and-conditions.html
Seems to be a problem as you should be receiving the vouchers so I'd contact them if you don't want to wait for the personalised card. Not sure why you think they'll take the points away?

I bought 29x£25 On Tuesday, got 105125 points added to my online account, got 21x £5 vouchers the following three days... T&C says" 100,000 points in a calendar,The points exceed it will not be added to your account" But I still got points added to my account today with small shopping. Did anyone like I do, exceed 10k pts?Anyone know if the 100,000 points per calendar Rule Work?

I bought 4x£25 cards last week and ended up with £16.50 in vouchers as I got an £1.50 voucher when purchasing 2 of the cards. Not a bad return for money I was going to spend at Amazon anyway. Also I am still 2/3 of the way to another £5 voucher with points I had before this offer.
