Good Deal, shame I bought a 20L one from another company for the same price as these two. It's out for delivery today, so I can't cancel it.

Assuming you purchased the Drybag online, you can cancel the contract by declining to accept the goods at the door. Failing that, you have 14 days to return the goods ( in a still saleable / unused condition). and receive a full refund, this is as per the Consumer Contracts regulations (formerly The Distance Selling Regulations).
