1. Never Fight Alone: Enjoy two-player co-op with friends locally via split-screen, over Xbox Live or LAN. Player 2 can select either Kait or Del.
2. Redefined Cover Gameplay: New close-cover combat moves and combat-knife executions turn each piece of cover into an offensive opportunity.
3. Brutal New Weapons: An incredible arsenal of new weapons includes the Buzzkill and Dropshot, which can shoot around and over cover, raining destruction from all angles
4. Explosive Versus Multiplayer: Compete online in new and favorite game types, all at 60fps on dedicated servers. A new visible ranking system means fairer matchmaking for social, competitive and professional players alike.

Only Gears 1 is remastered. The included Gears 2,3 and Judgement are downloadable BC copies.

Oh so it's still valid. Someone on mentioned some time ago that you can't redeem them anymore or something like that.

Nice, I think gears of war 4 includes GOW 1 as digital download. But the extra £5 for the xbone upgraded version aint bad

I believe the GOW 4 page says it includes all the GOW 360 games, but for £5 more you get them on disc and remastered :smiley:

That was taken directly from Tesco, so I believe it to be yes, although I too did hear that they weren't redeemable anymore.

Am I right in saying the difference between this and a pre order that comes with the previous games is just that, with ultimate edition they are physical rather than digital?

They did the offer on the gears 1 remaster when they came out and it expired, but now they are doing the deal again for Gears 4. Seeing as my first Xbox since the original arrived yesterday this seems like a great way to get into one of its most acclaimed exclusives. Heat from me
