I've never had an issue with e2save in the past 4 years. Just got another deal of £7.50 for 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 15GB data (after redemption)

Redemption is easy, just set yourself a reminder for the dates required and then save the PDF bill and forward on to e2save. Always been quick and easy.

not had a problem with mine so far. Vodafone signal better around my area than EE (especially indoors), Vodafone are charging me the right amount, and my number was ported across with no fuss. 10/10 from me.

e2save have been good for me, problem is Vodafone., was meant to be charged £24
per month and get £12 cashback from e2save. Vodafone started charging me £37 instead of the £24, called them up when i saw it on my statement which was a week ago, they said they would get back to me withing 36 hours, i am still waiting.. would avoid Vodafone like the plague , never understood the hate for their customer service until 3 months ago when joined them.

For those hesitant to take this deal due to the somewhat dodgy sounding cash back redemption, I just want to give my opinion that it's a very easy and smooth process. I do it all through my phone. simply log into myvodaphone download PDF of your monthly bill, log into e2save and upload the downloaded bill. You then receive and email the next day saying it's accepted. The only pain in this process is the remembering to do it when it asks (I set a calendar entry reminding me everyday of the required month to do it lol) and the inconvenience of going to a bank to cash ur cheque in. but tbh for the price at the £5.50pm those two things are far from inconvenient for me atleast. My 12 month simo is ending similar deal but with 2gb so can't wait to move onto this one cos it will be a 6gb for the same price  gonna stop typing now....

Three throttle data abroad, can't even stream Spotify and web pages take up to a minute to load or don't load at all. My wife has the 12gb Vofafone sim and she was getting up to 70meg on Vodafone 4G.

What I like about this deal is that Europe-wise, it's better than 3's Feel at Home for texts and calls (only 500mb data, though)

Got to stick up for Vodafone customer service... and it hurts to, but credit where credit is due.

Just did the £25/m (net £13) deal on this site. Got PAC code, then I messed up. Online chat and a call later, they're on it. Took a few days to undo my mistake but they did it. My other transfer (the wife's) went without hitch.

I am experiencing the exactly opposite problem.

My 3 sim card give me no signals at all at office, or home. Constantly, no one can get through me and I cannot make phone call. Tried a lot of phones with the sim card, the same problem.

My wife used to use EE, which is a lot better signals than 3.

I signed up talkmobile recently (which use Vodafone network), it is full signals at home, almost full signal at office.

My office is in Oxford Circus. How could 3 has such bad signals in the area!

For me, never 3 again, Vodafone is welcome.

Vodafone have the best signal where I am, but so many awful reviews put me off.
I left Vodafone years ago when their customer service went downhill and it sounds like it's gotten a lot worse.

I see a few people are being blind to how horrendous this network are, using Spotify and misleading deals to reel people in. It's cheap for a reason guys and gals, once you're out of your 30 day cooling off period they will rip you off. You have been warned, I was lucky I got away. I am with Three now, even though I don't get Spotify and it hasn't got the cashback, still miles better off.

if you can look for any other provider, please do. I am stuck with Vodafone and they are horrible. I don't have any network coverage at my work place, frequently disconnects while commuting and off late no network coverage at my home as well. I have called their customer service team so many times but nothing has been done to fix the issue. the biggest mistake I did was to order this contract when I was away on holidays for a month and when I returned and noticed the issues, they refused to cancel my contract.

I just got this deal last week. The SIM arrived in 2 days, I went onto the Vodafone site and created a 'My Vodafone' account, clicked on 'Keep my number' at about 5pm, put in my PAC code and the number had already changed over at 9am the next day. I couldn't see the free Spotify option within 'My Vodafone' so I went into online chat. Got connected to an operator within a minute who confirmed that the spotify is included and sent me a text link to set it up. The link did say Spotify is £9.99 when I clicked on it, but he reassured me that the charge will negate on the invoice because red bundle users are entitled to it for free. (They sent me the transcript after the chat, so I can use as evidence if they try and charge it!)

I was also in some doubt as Vodafone 2g calls coverage didn't look great around my house (3g and 4g great) but as I wanted it mainly for free wireless tethering in the car (also confirmed included) and I don't make many calls at home, I still went for it. I have found that I get better coverage at home than I did with 02. To ice the cake, I went via quidco onto e2save which was supposed to be £5, but it has tracked at £16 although I realise this could be adjusted

At the moment, I am very happy and the deal still seems too good to be true for £5.50 after redemption when even just the Spotify premium is worth a tenner p/m alone

If you want to be billed correctly and be able to use your phone when you need to then go for Three. If you want to be messed about, lied to constantly and ripped off then Vodafone will be the choice to take.

Please do not even put any business this company's way. They are vulgar to deal with over the phone, they never get your bills right and overcharge. I had a whole heap of problems with them and luckily I got away. They are flogging off their SIM cards cheap for a reason, steer clear else you'll regret your decision like I did. Voted cold because I don't think anyone deserves the hassle nor the stress... Life is stressful enough, boycott Vodafone for good!!

Vodafone are utter rubbish but Mobiles.co.uk online redemption is easy, I even ported a number and all was good.

Pretty good customer service too tbf

mobiles and e2save both use the same online portal so i guess its as easy with them.

Vodafone reception is the best around where I work and it's OK at home too. But you need to BEWARE of Vodafone customer services. The negative comments you see everywhere are true - they are atrocious!

I know this because I signed up for a couple of the e2save Vodafone 15GB for £7.50 SIMs at the beginning of the month. The "Keep my number" web PAC process worked with one of the SIMs, but not with the other one. They tried again FIVE times over two weeks through live chats, each time saying it would definitely be fixed. Then I dialled the "formal complaints" number and spoke to someone in the "Resolutions team". He reassured me it would be fixed, and apparently credited my account with a month's line rental, and apparently corrected the monthly line rental because e2save hadn't set my accounts up correctly, so I was overcharged in the first month. That was nearly a week ago, and I'm still using my old T-mobile SIM because the number STILL hasn't been transferred! And I see no record of any refunds or corrections on my accounts when viewed online - it still shows the overcharging amount as before. So I'm suspecting the guy in the "resolutions team" may be as powerless to help as the other five front-line guys I chatted with. I'm bracing myself for another half-hour complaint call when I have time.

So, if you're feeling lucky, go ahead and try Vodafone!

I spoke with e2save last night on this issue of overcharging, should be something like £19.75 and billed at £23, the guy said that Vodafone have just agreed the 20% discount and it should be all credited back on the next bill, we shall wait and see.

With mobiles.co.uk it's a simple case of changing your number online on their website to enable cashbook to still work. I suspect it would be the same with e2save

I tried redemption deals with mobiles.co.uk for the first time last year, setting it up was a faff because I transferred my number so when the bill came with my number, it didn't match the original number on their system and cashback got rejected.

Had to go to the Carphone Warehouse to get it sorted.

Would I have the same problem with e2save?

I think they put these hurdles in place to deter people from redeeming.

I think the biggest problem is the network. Poor coverage in so many places on Vodafone. Can't wait to ditch them.
