From what I remember I think blacks are the ones that require more force when pressing the keys.
If you're a heavy handed typer these will be fine but might be difficult to work with for others.
Most of us mechanical users would be all over this if they were browns.

Yes your right the black keys are the ones that require more force but not much more, & your also right about the fast typist as the press softly but write loads, as for a gamer and a home studio user this is ideal, I do use ms office occasionally without a problem but I am an average typist, anyway the brown keys are suited to most people. Nice find op  added

Its personal taste, no switch is particularly better for gaming and I love MX blacks for the rebound speed and general feel, though they are not for people with soft little baby hands :man:
Edit: Lowest shipping is 2.95

Never seen the hype about these keyboards, they look and sound just like windows 98 keyboards

I can completely understand why you wouldn't see what all the fuss is about - the look is about proper touch typing, these flat keyboards with razor thin keys are style over substance - if you try to type or game seriously on them you put a great deal of strain on your wrists, but they look very modern so people buy them. Yes they sound clacky, many of us have rose tinted memories and like the noise, more though are prepared to put up with it because it's worth it for the feel of a mechanical keyboard.
Some people can't stand the feel of a regular keyboard, it feels like typing in mud, the keys feel sluggish, lazy and sticky. They require less force at the start of the press and more right at the point where the key bottoms out, this is incredibly fatiguing for some. When the key springs back, first it sticks just for a moment then pops back with a weird sideways wobble which just feels gross - again as I said at the top, I completely understand that if you don't notice this, then mechanical kbs must seem like the emperors new clothes, but for those of us who do, they are such a breath of fresh air for our hands and fingers, and it's like driving a modern car and being told by someone in a trebant that they can't feel the difference in refinement

Military grade? What does that mean for a keyboard?
Is this the grade of keyboard our forces use when typing out strongly worded letters of warning to terror organisations or something? Dear terror monger, please would you ever so kindly stop, or when we get some aircraft carriers with planes that fly and working body armour we will do more than send these letters of protest. Cheers.
P.S we mean it this time

Just received mine this morning and it's built like a tank, keys don't require a huge amount of force and spring back nice and sharply. Very impressed for the price.
