Has the game been delayed for release or something? I just realised it says 28/10/2016 instead of 23/09/2016 for release date.

Yeah, think so. I pre-ordered via Base and got an email a week or so ago saying its delayed until 28 October.

Kind of. Takes place in the failed beta line, involving the Okabe who gave up instead of trying a second time. On all accounts its superior to the first game's story.
