Only an 8-bit panel so not proper HDR, 10-bit panels start with the 7000 series.

Today John Lewis offer me price match for £735 including 5 years guarantee with this Samsung but delivery time next Friday I can't wait that long. Anyway this is a great TV with very good review.

How did you get on with your TV i got mine from John Lewis and within 2 hours of turning it on it looked like this.....
Safe to say its going back. But tec support still haven't replied 24 hours on.

Bought this Tv with 6 year guarantee from richer sounds a month ago for £829. You won't be disappointed, after lots of research, this is about the best you'll get for under £1200 for an oled

^^ This. I think this is referred to as HDR capable - it can receive an HDR signal but may not be able to render it lol
