Don't do it! Even at 45p they're a waste of money. You might wonder how anyone could go wrong with a pair of pliers but Rolson always finds a way..

I can't comment on the these pliers, but the 30m Rolson hose I bought from Halfords is an absolute joke! Constantly kinking - just trying to locate my receipt so I can take it back. I hadn't done much research beforehand, but thought being a name I'd heard of I was getting a bargain...........but, nope.....Rolson appears to be C-R-A-P

Just the NAME "Rolson" should be enough to warn you off...I had to drill some holes in a wall to size 10mm, but only had an old (max 8mm) drill bit, so used it to be ready fer when my sister returned with a new 10mm bit...Sis came back with a set of ROLSONS. I put in the 10mm drill bit (to an 8mm hole) and **** me if the BRAND NEW 10mm ROLSON didn't burn out within SECONDS.Oh, and before anybody asks...nothing special about the internal wall, just a CRAP Rolson drill bit :-(

I have one of these. To be honest, they are far better than the £1 pliers I had from shops like Poundland where the handles fall off after a couple of uses. These 45p pliers aren't the most comfortable to use, but they do the job. For most people, who will use these only a few times, these are more than enough.

Frankly, having been wowed by the USP of the Stanley FatMax High Velocity hammer, I'm finding this post's description a little weak.

Rolson tools are generally poor quality, but for the odd job around the house at 45p they can't be any worse than most cheap tools from Poundalnd/B&M /Home bargains etc.
Not recommended for regular use or for tough jobs but hey 45p got to vote this hot.

I got 2 of these previously to make up the total for an order. They could be bent out of shape using just my hand. They are good only for hitting the free delivery threshold if you don't have prime or to make you feel like you have super strength.

44p overpriced. You'll be lucky to use these once before they snap. Utter utter utter garbage and freezing cold.
