I found rimmel london gel eyeliner yesteraday from poundland.
Even there is lots of stock of liner and some barry m eyeshadow dust. May b its available in all stores.

just for those who don't check the picture, this is a dark emerald colour -i bought some a few weeks back but didn't think to put it up here! it was the only colour any of my stores have, tho the green is only noticeable in certain light it you look closely-people who usually wear black would still be able to use it.
its really good stuff..i normally like pencils n don't like liquidy eyeliners. this comes with a little brush which means you can change the effect of the liner to suit how you like it

Not cruelty free. They sell in China and the Chinese want it tested on animals.
