Moroccan flavour found in Roseworth Heron's. I know Quorn do another flavour so you may find both flavours in your local. 89p around 2.50 in supermarkets.

I dont mind the odd Quorn product. But what purpose does it server in soup? Would be nicer with just vegetables.

Beans and green leafy vegetables are an excellent source of protein.

you have to eat a ridiculous amount to match the protein gram for gram against quorn

There are 21g of protein in 100g of pinto beans, 19g in chickpeas, 24g in kidney beans, 9g in lentils, 6g in baked beans, 36g in soybeans. Spinach only has 3g per 100g, kale only 4.3g
There are 14g of protein in 100g of Quorn meat free chicken pieces, 14.5 per 100g of Quorn meat free mince.
