Explore a rich and diverse world: Beautiful pre-rendered environments laced with an engaging story and characters bring the world to life.
I don't think it was ever that low on GOG (unless it was a short-lived mis-price). He either got it when it was on-sale directly from GOG using a VPN (taking advantage of developing world prices by making it look like he's from India or Ukraine or wherever) or he got a code from somewhere like G2A (and it seems cheap even for G2A).

Pretty decent game (6/10 easily).
For infinity engine fans, do keep in mind that it's not as strong as some of the popular entries like Baldur's Gate and Planescape. The story lacks a sense of urgency and, once the honeymoon phase is over, you'll feel the boredom come on like a sack of bricks. The first 30 hours though, they are an absolute joy. I'd recommend it for this price!

My rule of thumb for a game being worth the money is £1 per hour of gameplay - I've been eyeing up PoE for a long time, and at this price I couldn't resist.
Can't say I got this level of value for money from No Man's Sky....
