Not only that, because even if you're sure of your size, they'll just send you a random pair in a different colour and size and refuse to deal with you (I refused to pay return postage for a pair of shoes I never ordered). I ordered a black pair in size 10 and received a blue pair in size 6. I eventually got a refund via PayPal and still have the boxed up shoes here

Ideal, needed a cheap pair of all white sneakers for a halloween costume. These will hold up much better than just buying a pair from Asda or Tesco. Thanks!
