I doubt this is proper manuka honey but the Ingredients says 'Raw unpasteurized new Zealand multi floral manuka type honey'
All i know it tastes yummy when it goes in my tummy.

any decent honey is good for you in a multitude of heath benefits, I'd defo give it a try.plus new Zealand is known for their good quality honey.

Yes, but local honey is good for allergies such as hayfever. The local honey contains local pollen. This really helps me out during summers :smiley:

Zero evidence that Manuka honey has any health benefits swallowing it! The only semi proven one is that possibly rubbing it on an open wound might speed recovery....
