Asda Queensferry had Johnstones 5l cans of brilliant white paint (matt - didn't notice silk finish) for £9.00 - they had quite a lot of stock last night - not sure if it's national or a local clearout.

Use acrylic paints if you want it to stay whiter for longer

The gloss only lasted about 3 weeks (non smoker) :disappointed:

Gloss paints are oil based and ALL oil based paints go yellow, Dulux are the worst for this. This is water based and will stay white.

Rubbish paint, really patchy and horrible to spread. Bought several different colours as we had vouchers but would never buy again. Shop around, even wickes trade paint is better than this
