It'll do for average computing. Still easily prefer at least an intel 5005U machine though for this money.

I would probably consider something like a HP 250 G5 Intel i3 with the 1080p panel.
£330 laptops direct, less £19 if you take up their which? deal for the price of the £1 sub (£20 off over £200) and then cancel. So £311. Less RAM, smaller HDD yes, but better screen and better CPU makes it worth it. You can at least upgrade the former later on, you're stuck with the screen and inferior CPU on this.
I am sure there are a fair few other good deals about, I only saw the G5 one while browsing a bit earlier
