A coconut has three layers .
1 A shell which is brown/fibrous
2. Coconut flesh (white) underneath the shell
3. Coconut water in the centre hollow bit.
Coconut water is a clear to slightly cloudy water from the inside of a coconut.
Coconut milk is made by extracting the milk from the grated flesh of the coconut .

Coconut milk is from the flesh of the coconut and really high in fat and saturated fat
Coconut water is the new supposed health drink for athletes, slightly better in water as it contains sodium and potassium

Innocent coconut water is okay, gotta call Vita Coco number one for me. Innocent has a weird after taste, but it's wayyyy better than Rubicon coconut water which is awful.

VitaCoco is too sweet as it has got some sugars added. Also they do these weird experiments including chocolate flavoured coconut water. I couldn't believe it when I saw it in the supermarket.
