I looked at these earlier in the year. The "mattress" looked too bag like it would sag. I ended up going for the Argos one that was £12.99 at the time, still available from their Ebay store, much tighter mattress base. Definitely wouldn't buy either as a spare bed.

I would prefer Argos as it has extra support frame under feet end. Much more stable (but no good as bed)
