Incredibly nice on the taste buds ..... HOWEVER cutting this out of my diet completely (as well as other fruit juices, bread and white carbs) helped decrease the size of my gut considerably. Just bear in mind that every 4 grams of sugar equates to 1 teaspoon of sugar, so a 250ml sized serving of this would equate to over 6 teaspoons of sugar [insert hands holding face in shock emoticon]

Looking the expiry date was amended - this can happen if expiry date accidentally set to the wrong month etc, unexpired now :smiley:

i love how the big brands are "redefining the litre". the norm for decades has been 1l cartons / bottles and now this brand, Tropicana and Innocent have increasingly shrunk their lead sizes in subtle ways to keep a price point. Nothing new i suppose - just look at Mars bars....
