"These were £5 for 30 cans a while back in the Paignton store , so where the deal in your £7 for 30 cans , as it stands it makes your deal 41% more to buy the 30 cans ..."
Therefore you're making a direct criticism of this deal based on a now defunct deal. This is more expensive but since you can't get the deal you mentioned your entire post in entirely pointless and only serves to exemplify the fact that you wish to denigrate this deal based on historical facts which have no relevance in terms of being a deal.
Your deal doesn't exist in the present, until you or someone else can refute this, this deal stands on its own merit and history has nothing to do with this deal. The present is all we have, you and all of us have no choice but to deal with the present. The present is always relevant, the past is history, the future unknown. This deal is present your deal is history, of the many watching this deal where do you think their priorities lie in futility or in possibility? It's an impossibility to go back to your deal and it's impossible to get a future deal right here right now. So what is relevant and possible? Only this deal until another deal succeeds it, your deal might be cyclical but until that happens, we live in the present and this deal is the present. Your imposition of history is neither welcome or useful.

OK bigshot, let's think this through, can you buy the deal you mentioned which is £5 for 30 cans today? If so post the details, if we can't get the deal today, then I'll tell you about the magic unicorn fairy dust deal I saw which was 1p last Wednesday in the mystical land of Narnia whereby it offered you eternal life without religion or your money back and 60 cans of coke for free, also it was a buy one get one free offer. I was definitely going to get it but they didn't take card and I never carry change with me.The deal has expired now as they've moved on to a small planet at the other end of our galaxy and I won't have transport until after I die.
