Everything Skylines is pretty much on deal here is the awesome DLC expansion for it adding extra cycling, crime and tourist aspects!
I would say it's worth it, even just for supporting the developers due to their constant updating

I was looking at the DLC on sale and I'd say this is the only one that adds enough content to justify its (reduced) price.

As far as I can tell, the deluxe edition offers the sound track, and 5 real world monuments to use in game. It does not contain the Snow Day DLC or After Dark DLC.
Might be worth it if you want the sound track. Personally, real world monuments are the last thing I'd want in my city.
The After Dark DLC contains a bunch of extra game play features.

I thought the after dark was mainly just the day and night changes ? I might just buy them all I've already been on it about 5 hours since last night it's quite addictive!!!

the day and night changes is in the main game this one adds in nightlife
