Nearly bought the large baking tray Monday as it was £12 compared to Amazon at £11.75 but glad I didn't as £8 today.

Would never buy Circulon again. Non stick wears out after a few years. Everything sticks like crazy after that. Been through two complete sets now, the old matt grey ones, and the newer stainless steel ones. Long guarantee is worthless. Try to claim and they tell you you must have had the pan too hot. I just get cheap pans from TK Max now.

I am going trough the initial claims process, so far I have been told to simmer biological wash powder to remove built up food between the grooves of the pan I already said looked like new but food stuck to it.
Looks like this will be more fun than I thought!

Let me get this straight. Your upset because you pan lasted..... 'A few years'
Now a few means 3+ just like Hank I've brought pans for £3-10 and they lasted a few months or were never non stick in the first place.
£8 for a pan for 3 years+ = £2.66 per year bargain

If I'm honest, at 8 quid, I don't really care about the warranty, doubt I'd ever make a claim anyway.
I've bought cheap trays at 4, 5, 6 quid that haven't lasted 6 months, if this lasts a year, I'll be fine with it.

Disagree on the pans... had 2 set of pans, lasted short of 10 years each... they began to go on the bottom... & customer services replaced the whole lot... personally, I could not fault their understanding.
I have 2x baking trays and deep muffin trays (I use for yorkshire puddings), and all are great - and for this price better than the cheap stuff!!
ps. the ones in Tesco do not the same size as those from John Lewis.. though couldn't be sure.

I just buy the cheapest baking trays I can find and top them with with those nonstick sheets you get from the £1 shop, they work a treat. Just have to replace the sheets every 6 months or so at a £1 a pop. Works for me anyway...

I don't have experience of Circulon, but I've had good experience of Meyer customer service when they replaced and Analon Professional pan that have non-stick coating peeling off after about 10 years.
