candy are crap, save your money, they are cheap for a reason. that 10 year parts thingy requires you to use their engineer, at very high cost. AVOID!!!

Had a super-cheap Candy tumble dryer for 6 years now. Never missed a beat.
Put a cheap Candy washing machine in our first flat when the one in the flat packed in. It was still going fine when we sold the place 4 years later.
Unless you go for the top end German stuff, I don't think any of them are bulletproof these days.

Just to give a mention, I bought a Beko washing machine from Co Op eBay and the customer service was second to none. Had a call confirming what date was best for delivery soon after I used the Buy It Now button and then was given an hour time slot. Brilliant stuff and would definitely order stuff form them again.

My Candy freezer started rusting within a year. My friends' Candy fridge-freezer started rusting within a year. If you are going to buy this then it might be an idea to buy some anti-rust paint at the same time

mine is ****, the noise it makes is horrendous, and it usually conks out half way through a wash, just waiting for the sales so I can scrap the cheap piece of crap
