Seems a good price to me. Preowned at CEX £5 & £4.

BHS were selling these at the same price before they shut

So this was the reason they went bust?

Good price, but IMO this game marked another low point in the BL game trend - with each new game, the enjoyment decreased for me. The Pre-Sequel took this to new depths - by forcing you to race around, concerned about an ever-depleting oxygen supply and having to constantly look down at your feet to ensure you're not jumping and landing in some deadly canyon or lava.
Great deal (and voted hot for finding it) but only if you enjoy a FPS that is primarily spent blindly racing around staring at your feet. Greeeeat job 2K!

Wow. This was £3 less than a month ago...it'll be F2P before long at this rate. Gearbox have a LOT of work to do on Borderlands 3. This game was fun but it just felt like an overly long DLC - much more enjoyment (for Borderlands fans) came from Tales Of The Borderlands.

At £2 it would be rude not to :stuck_out_tongue:

Excellent game. Picked it up 5 or 6 weeks ago for £3 and played it solidly ever since. Haven't even opened Bloodborne which I bought on the same day.
I knew it would be good as I loved Borderlands 2 - some of the best gunplay around...

Borderlands 2 with low gravity, vacuums, Australian accents, and less content. Got it for PC almost free in the recent Humble bundle, thought it worth spending about 7 quid on a season pass for the DLCs.

Some people are moaning about the low gravity environment, but I like how it's brought some extra spice to the game when out and about in the environments.
Yes, some of the floaty jumps are annoying (I'm thinking of one mission in particular where it took 50+ goes for me to reach the location specified to continue the mission), but the Oxygen resource is genius. There's always a real sense of panic when it runs out, and the screen turns grey, heartbeat sounding and a slow reduction of hit points. I drop everything and look for the nearest O2 source when that happens!
The 'slam' mechanic is great too - currently I do shedloads of acid damage to enemies when jumping up and slamming to the ground. Very satisfying...
