I've used these loads over the years but I'm now wondering whether these drinks actually make much difference. The main ingredient is 1000mg of paracetamol so I reckon that is what is doing the trick to make you feel better.
Of course, any hot drink is good for your throat and you can't beat a drink made with real lemon n honey. Also I've found ribena in hot water is great too when you feel rubbish :smiley:
