Saw this in home bargains today, not sure if it's the usual price but a good price for 500ml of organic coconut oil. Granted it's not for everyone but it may be useful for someone! Enjoy...

That's PR stunt, these are borrowed terms for olive oils. There are just two main types, natural and refined. Buy the natural one for food.

Nonsense, you want unrefined and cold pressed. They are 2 different terms actually and both are important to have a natural product with all the flavour and nutritional value.

Absolutely agree. People don't seem to know the difference just comparing the price of different products. Organic and cold pressed all the way , this one is not cold pressed so ok for cosmetic purposes.
