Yep, that's the best that you'll find right now, though personally I'd recommend the digital deluxe version for £19.79 - the DLC is well worth the extra £4.

Some warning on Xcom 2 though as i loved Xcom 1 ,but 2 just has too many timed missions which force you to play uncomfortably , not saying it's a bad game as its a great game but I don't enjoy the change of pace although I am sure others will

xcom was the first pc game I ever played...a masterpiece!. the new versions do it justice.. some of the best games ever.

Heat. If you use one of the timer mods for XCOM2 then it plays more like XCOM, which is a good thing. DLC is worth the extra as well.

Indeed, but the timer's there for a reason when it's present IMO. That said, of course, the important thing is to play in a way that you enjoy, so the option to mod it out for those who prefer that is no bad thing.
