Even with all its bad points it's worth this price for the amount of content you go through, it does go abit flat once you hit level 30 but still enjoyable teaming up with friends to redo things on a harder difficulty.

Is there any game to be had in 10 years though? It's my concern with these stupid online multiplayer/no campaign games.. Once everyone moves on to newer games a game like this is unplayable! Or is there content for a solo run in 10 years time for nostalgia's sake? :/

10years lol, think the way players have dropped off we will be lucky if the servers are still up in 2years. But this game would be boring playing solo as it never really has any meaning other than shoot loot level up.

Must admit this is one of my biggest annoyances about modern gaming, the over focus on multiplayer/being online. You buy a game and in years to come, may not be able to play it all or in part. However, I can still put Sonic back in my Mega Drive and play that, in full, some 20+ years later!

We share a boat.. I haven't bought any online only/multiplayer games (Star Wars/titanfall/this ect) despite really wanting to play them for this exact reason! They can only exist here and now? In 10-20 years time even 4-6 months in some cases they will be completely unplayable :/ seems really dumb from a development point of view.. There will be kids new to gaming in years to come that will never get to play these games how they were intended.. Just stupid!

Sometimes I put sonic on just for the soundtrack let alone the speedy gameplay :smiley: it has lost none of its charm for me.. The one game I return to the most is the original doom though! What a masterpiece that game is..
