the address is right there on the About Us section of their website and you can get their number too. They have a returns address as well when I had to exchange a dress some time ago, dress was great but was too small for me so I had to get a size up
Amongst other things. A long sleeve v-neck I received from there the other day was by "Charles Vogele" (a Swiss mid-range retailer, apparently). Some stuff is rubbish but you get great bargains from there too.

Yes I agree some stuff is great,the only branded item I have had from there tho was from primark.but I have heard people getting other high street brands

had a few dorothy perkins items from there before, and they had some lipsy trousers that sold out in a flash.
