Decent flash deal price for those who were patient enough to wait and from a respected retailer too
Think I've forked out around 62 quid in total on the game and two expansions, (one with a gwent deck)

Hot! but i dont think this is a flash deal just the standard price. it might be worth waiting toward payday as they usually offer a 10% off code

Not save compatible with standard edition = epic fail.

Can't wait to play this again with all the expansions when I rebuild my PC and get a 4K OLED TV. Gonna be orgasmic. Definitely among the best games I've ever played.

Just finished the expansions, they're amazing! Definitely as good, if not better than the main game. Blood and Wine feels like a whole new game.

I have bought two pre order games from GameCollection now. I was a bit sceptical about them at first because I hadn't bought anything from them before. But I got one 2 days early, the other a day early. Very good company. I may have to bite at this price. Never played it before. But I have always wanted to.
Would anyone recommend it for a fan of Dark Souls. Whats the combat like. I hear it's a bit different.
I would watch a review. But Gamespot, IGN and others are almost always laden with spoilers.

I like the souls games and liked this, but they are quite different so liking one won't mean you like the other. The combat reminds me more of the Batman games than the souls ones and gets pretty easy once you have a few levels to invest in the skill trees. Best I can do is say if you liked games like Skyrim and Dragon's Dogma you will probably like this.

They said there's no workaround as they're classed as two different games.
