Spoke to them assured shirt was on its way from France 3 days later another email to say short was now unavailable so they repeatedly lied to us.
By this point it meant a 60 mile round trip to nearest clothes shops instead.
They are utterly useless & CS is worse than that AVOID

Ordered twice and although delivery takes a long time, clothes are really nice.
Btw where do you live your nearest store is 60 miles away????

Was wondering what u meant by sizzle lol but realised its size, yea there clothing is in the small size so I always order 3 extra years up. I still enjoy it that way tho because I bought couple months ago a jacket that was 12-18 month for my 7 month old boy it was big but didn't look that big and sooner or later am sure it will last him longer

I've ordered several times from vertbaudet delivery has been slow every time and some stuff out of stock they sent the free gift once with everything else I'd ordered out of stock (reduced items). The bedding is amazing quality and washes well.

Would never recommend them for furniture. we bought a bookshelf and we had to return three in a row due to poor packaging and being damaged on arrival.
Terrible company. Shame as some nice stuff but CS non-existent. Look elsewhere.
