Great game, completed it last month. Can definitely recommend. The anniversary edition linked above isn't available until October.

Really good game but not very good PC optimisation
I have two 980ti in SLi which gets me 50-70fps at 4K in witcher 3 and most other games but I had to drop this down to 1440p just to maintain 40+fps
Still looked and played great though

Something not right with sli then. I've got an i7 5820 and a Maxwell Titan X and it ran @ 50fps with G-Sync, I would expect at least 50% better (depending on scaling) with sli 980ti's.

Stop using SLI. Its crap and its a waste of money.

Sounds like one of your 980ti's is sat doing nothing. Knocking back a few settings I play at 1440p 75fps on a single 980ti.
With a bit of research the DLCs seem to add perhaps 3-4 hours gameplay and aren't that highly rated, 1 is a trippy experience with a witch, 1 is stealthing through a zombie outpost (zombies in TR?) and 1 is a pure survival, low ammo no food crypt hunt which sounds rather repetitive and is quite short
I spose it is only 5 quid more but I can pay a fiver and wait 3 months or buy the actual game now for 18...

been using sli's for the last 6 years, never been let down. People does not use it the proper way sometime and cannot expect to work with an old or weak CPU

Its fine as long as you don't complain when it doesn't work. I personally think its a giant waste of money and time but its up to the individual I suppose.

It really isn't at all - the vast majority of games come with zero issues and the performance gain over a single card is great
I paid £600 for my two MSi Gaming 6G cards and they outperform a 1080 across the board. At the minute, you would hard pushed to get a decent 1080 for anything close to £600
Have you ever tried SLi?

Cheers for the link. Finished the game some time ago and I doubt I'll go back to it but I'll beat this in mind for future
It great to see that a fix was found

When I looked into it, the developers haven't really supported SLi very well in this game at all sadly. Didn't turn one card off for this game but will try it in the future to see what happens
Someone else has posted a link to a potential fix so it looks like there may be a workaround out there anyway
